Mr. Jasper Tsang, Convenor of the Hong Kong Vision Project, attended the “HK01 Summit Debate on Land” on 8 September, where he shared his views on the controversies surrounding the Land Supply Options. He also explained to the participants some of the policy recommendations from our previously released “Public Private Partnership for Land Provision” research report.
