One Country, Two Systems is facing unprecedented challenges. The Centre for Constitutional Affairs and Governance gathers experts, scholars, and other stakeholders from different fields to participate in the discussion of Hong Kong’s constitutional development and to provide solutions for improving the governance of Hong Kong.
Hong Kong Vision Project (HKV) was initiated in early 2016 by Mr. Tsang Yok Sing, Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Policy Research Institute (HKPRI), who acts as Convenor of the Project. The series of public policy research projects, conducted by HKPRI, addressed the challenges facing the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region under One Country Two Systems.

Centre for Education Research and Development is set up with the support of a group of experienced educators and former education officials. It aims at contributing to the continuous professional development in local schools.
By linking up ‘China-US relations’ and ‘Hong Kong affairs’, the Centre for China-US Relations and Hong Kong conducts forward-looking studies to identify and analyze Hong Kong's emerging political and economic trends under the impact of China-US relations.
The Centre conducts analysis and examination, from the Hong Kong perspective, on the international issues about the future development Hong Kong, including research and investigation on the political economy of countries along “The Belt and Road Initiative”, Hong Kong’s foreign relations and the political-economic development of East Asian countries.
