The captioned event was held on 10 September in Guangzhou and co-organized by the Hong Kong & Macao Affairs Office of the Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government and the Institute of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Development Studies, Sun Yat-sen University. The forum was attended by over 100 academics, experts, officials, and business representatives from the three areas.

Mr. Andrew Fung, CEO of Hong Kong Policy Research Institute, was invited to participate and act as Moderator of the Experts’ Dialogue Session.
