Dr. Kay Lam, Researcher of the Hong Kong Vision Project, was invited by HKU SPACE Community College Division of Social Sciences to speak at the Annual Social Sciences Seminar, on the subject “The future of One Country, Two Systems: lessons from social issues such as the controversial co-location arrangement”. During the guest lecture, Dr. Lam presented to the students some of the major findings from the previously released “One Country, Two Systems in Practice: Reviews, Analysis and Proposals” research report. She also analyzed from a legal perspective the challenges arising from the integration of Mainland China and Hong Kong, and the methods for advancing the One Country, Two Systems and Basic Law implementation.
