Mr. Jasper Tsang, Vice-chairman of HKPRI , Convenor of the Hong Kong Vision Project was invited to attend the Summit on the Development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, which is organized by the Institute of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Development Studies(the Institute), Sun Yat-Sen University on December 4, 2018. As the keynote speaker,Mr Tsang gave a speech entitled "Some Issues of Improving the Implementation Mechanism of the Basic Law." Mr. Lin Wu, member of the National Committee of CPPCC, former Deputy Director of the Liaison Office of Central People’s Government in the Hong Kong S.A.R, and the Chairman of the Institute presided over the Summit. Over 50 leaders, researchers and doctoral students of the Institute participated in the Summit.
